The Practice Studio

Launching November 2017. Boutique eco-friendly alignment-based yoga studio in Central, Hong Kong. We offer a variety of yoga classes, all in a small group setting in order to help students advance their practice in a safe and fun manner. We offer hands-on adjustments and variations of poses for all levels of students. 

OUR FACILITIES

We are a fully equipped yoga studio, with 2 rooms on the premises.  Studio 1 can fit 12 mats and Studio 2 fits around 4 - 6 mats.  Additionally, we have male & female changing rooms, personal locker facilities and showers.

OUR EQUIPMENT

We use Arpi yoga mats, Arpi yoga blocks, Iyengar Centre yoga straps and blankets, wall ropes, yoga chairs and Easy Yoga bolsters.  For our Strength & Conditioning classes, we also have resistance bands and rings for usage.

OUR AMENITIES

We have bath towels, shower amenities (Pattrena shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), hair dryers, hair ties, cotton pads and cotton buds. 

We are an eco-friendly boutique, so we offer filtered water at the studio and we do not sell bottled water.  We encourage you to join us and bring a reusable water bottle to classes!
